Communicating with Influence is a practice, not a personality trait.
The deliberate craft of getting your message heard, understood, and acted on — by the people whose decision matters most.
Smart people, unheard.
Most leaders speak in the language they think in — dense, qualified, mid-thought. Their audience receives a different message than the one they intended to send, and the cost compounds: missed budget, slow approvals, weakened authority.
The fix is not louder. The fix is structural.
Two frameworks. One discipline.
AWE
Attention. Wonder. Engagement.
Open the room before you open your mouth. The discipline of earning attention, creating the moment of wonder, and turning passive listeners into participants.
LAND
Launch. Align. Navigate. Drive.
The architecture of a message that holds — and ends in a real ask.
Frameworks
Plain-language explanations and a guided explorer for every stage of AWE and LAND.
Pre-work
A structured workbench for your topic, audience, assumptions, and the action you want.

Frank Niles, PhD
From an early age, Frank Niles was deeply curious about the world and how it works. He asked lots of questions, something many teachers didn't appreciate.
Kicked out of private school because they said he "didn't follow the rules," Frank managed to attend high school, graduating near the bottom of his class.
But as they say, he beat the odds.
Frank went on to become a Los Angeles County paramedic, an accomplished rock climber, university professor, entrepreneur, and a global talent leader at Fortune 1.
He is Principal Business Psychologist at BSM Partners, a premier professional services and consulting firm where he works with clients to accelerate leader development and drive business transformation.
Beloved by audiences for his powerful message of personal growth and potential, Frank has touched the lives of tens of thousands of people worldwide, and the number is growing. From North and South America to Europe and Asia, audiences gravitate to his inspiring message and transformational insights. As one leader recently commented, "Hearing his message may just change your life."
Frank is frequently quoted or featured in the media, including CNN, Fast Company, Inc, NBC, USA Today, and many other media outlets. His writings appear in The Huffington Post, Thrive Global, and many other publications.
He is co-founder and former managing partner of Scholar Executive Group, a boutique executive coaching and therapy firm.
A passionate advocate of inclusion and belonging, Frank is active in the non-profit world. He currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of Dress for Success — Northwest Arkansas and is a supporting donor of Ability Tree, an organization that supports families of children with special needs.
Frank holds a Ph.D. from the University of Houston (University Park) and is the author of numerous large-scale studies on human and organizational behavior.
Frank is also an accomplished rock climber. Over the past 30 years, he has ascended or pioneered over 1,500 extreme climbing routes throughout North America and around the world. He has appeared in a variety of climbing publications, including Climbing and Michael Reardon's Climb On! Video series, and as his busy schedule permits, continues to develop new routes.
And before he decided he needed to earn a living, Frank performed stand-up comedy.
He splits his time between residences in Arkansas and Colorado.
